Job Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
Start Date: September 2025- Long term to permanent opportunities
Pay: £100 - £120 daily rate PAYE
Are you looking for a new challenge supporting children and young people with behavioural and social, emotional, and mental health needs?
I am working with a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school that are based in Enfield. The school is passionate about supporting students through a trauma-informed approach. This is a challenging but very rewarding role, and would be working with a fantastic and supportive team.
The school are looking for passionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to join them in September 2025.
The Ideal Candidate;
- Hav a genuine passion for SEN and build a career around this.
- Resilient, understanding and adaptable.
- Experience working with children who have behavioural challenges
- Experience or knowledge of working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
- Go above and beyond to change the lives of young people.
- Able to build trusting relationships with students
- Can adjust to and overcome challenges whilst following appropriate protocol.
