At Parker Smith Inclusion, we work with schools across South East London supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. These are pupils who may suffer from social difficulties, emotional regulation, mental health and behavioural problems — but these pupils are filled with potential when given the right support.

What to expect:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you may be:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children regulate emotions and rebuild trust

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN teams

Being a consistent, caring presence in a child’s school day
