- Support emotional regulation, wellbeing, and engagement in learning.
- Deliver targeted interventions to develop resilience, confidence, and social skills.
- Use restorative and therapeutic approaches to promote positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and safeguarding teams to provide consistent support in and out of the classroom.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, Autism, SEND, behavioural or mental health needs.
- A background in education, youth work, mentoring, care, psychology, or a related field.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
Why Join?
- £100–£120 per day (PAYE).
- Long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
- Excellent training and clear career progression.
- Access to onsite wellbeing facilities, including therapy dogs and an onsite gym after school hours.
- The opportunity to make a genuine, lasting impact on young people's lives every day.
