SEN HLTA
Location: North-West London
Pay: £100–£120 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for confident and skilled SEN HLTAs to join a range of inclusive primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across North-West London.
You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead small group sessions, deliver targeted interventions, and provide cover supervision while working closely with SEN teams to help every pupil achieve their potential.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASC, SEMH, MLD, etc.)

Confidence in leading small groups and delivering planned lessons

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach

A genuine passion for inclusive education and pupil progress
