Role Highlights:
- Work with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and dysregulated behaviour.
- Support pupils in either primary or secondary settings based on your experience and strengths.
- PAYE rates: £85 - £115 per day – competitive and reflective of your expertise.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing tailored support to students in both 1:1 and group settings.
- Helping students develop essential academic, emotional, and social skills.
- Supporting behaviour management strategies for students facing challenges.
- Acting as a key role model and advocate for inclusion within the classroom.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
- A calm, flexible, and resilient mindset when managing challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
