SEN Nurture Teaching Assistant

£90 – £100 per day PAYE (weekly pay)

Are you experienced in supporting children with special educational needs? Have you worked with pupils requiring 1:1 support through EHCPs? If you are passionate about SEN and want to make a real difference to young people, this could be the role for you.
We are seeking a dedicated Nurture Teaching Assistant to work with KS3 and KS4 students who present with social, emotional and behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide stability, care and tailored support to children who need it most.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, trauma, or mental health needs
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Youth Worker
- A patient, caring and resilient attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with disengaged learners
