Unqualified Teachers (with strong SEND teaching background): £22,000 – £34,000 (PAYE)

PS Inclusion is working in partnership with an inspiring ASC and SEMH specialist school in Crawley, to recruit 2 SEN Teachers to join their team ASAP.
The School:
This warm and inclusive school caters students with a primary diagnosis of Autism and SEMH.
The school provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where every child is supported holistically to thrive academically and emotionally.
The Role:

Full-time SEMH Teacher

Deliver engaging, adapted lessons tailored to each pupil's EHCP

Foster emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

Collaborate closely with therapists, support staff, and parents
Who We’re Looking For:

QTS is essential
(Strong unqualified teachers with a solid background in SEND will also be considered)

Proven experience or a genuine passion for working with ASC and SEMH Learners

Knowledge of trauma-informed and inclusive pedagogy

Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach
