Parker Smith Inclusion is partnering with an inspiring Autism and Complex Needs Provision to recruit 2 SEN Primary Teachers to join their team ASAP.
Our school are looking to interview ASAP.
The School:
This warm and inclusive school caters to primary-aged pupils (5-11) with a diagnosis of Autism and Complex Needs.
The school provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where every child is supported holistically to thrive academically and emotionally.
The Role:

Full-time - SEN Teachers

Deliver engaging, adapted lessons tailored to each child’s EHCP

Foster emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
-
Collaborate closely with therapists, support staff, and parents
Who We’re Looking For:

QTS is essential
(Strong unqualified teachers with a solid background in SEND will also be considered)

Proven experience or a genuine passion for working with ASC learners and complex needs
-
Knowledge of trauma informed practise and inclusive pedagogy

Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach

Experience with Makaton, PECs and delivering Phonics.
