I am working alongside a specialist school based in Ealing who are looking for a SEN Primary Teacher to work in their new primary provision. They are looking for a teacher with the right experience for their setting and can take the step up to Middle Leadership when the opportunity arises.
About the school:
This is a well-established special school based in the heart of Ealing, providing high-quality education to neurodivergent students. Due to taking on more student referrals from Local Authorities, the school is expanding and will be operating across 2 sites with state-of-the-art facilities and support for students across their new primary provision.

About the SEN Primary Teacher role:
You will be leading a new cohort of students in year 3 in their new primary provision. You will have responsibility for planning and delivering learning that meets students where they are and focus on raising their attainment over the course of the academic year.
The role involves:
- Teaching a small class of students with Autism and complex SEMH needs
- Focusing on developing social skills of students
- Working on raising attainment on previous missed milestones
- Creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting emotional regulation alongside learning
- Liaising with parents, SEN staff and external professionals

- Has QTS
- Has experience working with students with Autism and/or additional learning needs
- Understands complex behavioural needs
- Is patient, reflective, and adaptable in their approach
- Is confident in differentiating the curriculum meaningfully
