SEN Primary Teacher
Full Time | Permanent | Outer London Pay + SEN Allowance

The school supports children with a range of complex special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, communication and interaction needs, speech and language difficulties and social, emotional and sensory needs. Staff work collaboratively to create nurturing, engaging and personalised learning experiences that enable pupils to thrive both academically and emotionally.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a creative and enthusiastic Primary Teacher with high expectations for all learners
• Have experience working within SEN or a strong passion for specialist education
• Be skilled in adapting and differentiating learning to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Understand behaviour as communication and use therapeutic, nurturing approaches
• Be committed to developing independence, confidence and life skills alongside academic progress
• Inspire and motivate both learners and support staff within the classroom
