The successful candidate will:
• Be a creative and enthusiastic Primary Teacher with high expectations for all learners
• Have experience working within SEN or a strong passion for specialist education
• Be skilled in adapting and differentiating learning to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Understand behaviour as communication and use therapeutic, nurturing approaches
• Be committed to developing independence, confidence and life skills alongside academic progress
• Inspire and motivate both learners and support staff within the classroom
