What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism and communication differences

Assisting in the delivery of tailored educational, therapeutic, and sensory activities

Helping pupils feel emotionally and physically safe, engaged, and regulated

Providing personal care where needed (full training provided)

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff

Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care (and related fields)

Carers or support workers with transferable experience
