  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher (QTS essential) who is confident in delivering a highly personalised, engaging curriculum to children with significant additional needs.

The Role:

  • Working closely with the school’s therapeutic team (e.g., SALTs, OTs) to ensure a holistic approach

We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS – this is an essential requirement

  • Proven experience (or a deep commitment) to working with pupils with SLD, Autism, and challenging behaviours

  • A calm, consistent teaching style with a creative and flexible approach to curriculum delivery

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with an emphasis on positive behaviour support

  • Passion for inclusive education and a deep belief in the potential of every learner

The School Offers:

  • A highly supportive, well-resourced specialist setting in Inner London

  • Access to specialist CPD and regular training in areas like Autism, sensory needs, and behaviour support

  • Excellent staff-to-student ratios and an embedded therapy team

  • A genuinely collaborative culture where your voice and expertise are valued

  • Opportunities to grow within the school and across a wider trust if desired

This role is being recruited exclusively through Parker Smith Inclusion – specialists in SEN and inclusive education recruitment.
