Are you a passionate and resilient teacher who wants to change the trajectory of young people’s lives? A specialist SEN setting in Brent is seeking an inspirational SEN Teacher who is driven to safeguard pupils, raise standards and improve outcomes for learners whose previous experiences of education have often been disrupted.

This provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism and additional complex needs. All pupils have EHCPs and benefit from a small school model rooted in attachment informed practice, allowing staff to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly personalised education.

 

The Role

  • Deliver engaging, inclusive and well structured lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Support pupils with SEMH and ASC to re engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes

  • Use positive behaviour management and trauma informed strategies

  • Create a safe, consistent and aspirational classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with therapists, pastoral staff and senior leaders
