About the Role
You will lead classes supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional needs, including Autism, SLD, and complex needs. You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and the school’s SEND leadership team to deliver highly individualised learning.
This role allows you to step into an established SEND provision, while still having scope to shape routines, strategies, and provision to meet pupils’ needs effectively.
The School Environment
Our schools are nurturing, values-led, and fully inclusive, where SEND is embedded into the fabric of school life. Emotional wellbeing, consistency, and strong relationships are prioritised, and staff are trusted to use their professional judgement to do what is right for pupils.
