We are working with a specialist school in Enfield that is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment where every achievement is celebrated.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs, creating a positive classroom environment and working closely with support staff, therapists and families to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, or a genuine passion for SEN
- A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to helping every pupil reach their full potential
