If you’re a dedicated teacher with experience in supporting students with Autism and complex needs, this role could be the perfect next step for you! We are partnering with a fantastic SEND school in Enfield that serves children aged 3 to 16. This nurturing environment is looking for skilled, passionate teachers to join their committed team.
Main Duties:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons for a class of 10-12 students with complex needs, primarily ASC.
- Bring resilience, dedication, and an understanding of mental health and neurodiversity to your teaching.
- Track and support pupil progress to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Foster positive, trusting relationships with students, parents, and carers.
- Demonstrate proven experience working with SEND students.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proven experience in similar roles
- Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and resilience
- Ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations
