Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents to ensure individual needs are met.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages progress and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching students with SEN.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to managing dysregulated behaviour.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with school staff.
