A specialist SEND school in North London is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to join their team in Key Stage 3. This is an excellent opportunity to support students with complex learning needs in a caring, inclusive environment that values creativity, resilience, and personalised learning.

About the Role:
- Teach and support students across Key Stage 3 with a range of complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, and SEMH.
- Plan and deliver personalised learning that supports both academic and life skills development.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, teaching assistants, and behaviour specialists.
- Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking school that prioritises student wellbeing and staff development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with pupils with complex needs, either in mainstream or specialist settings.
- A flexible and creative approach to teaching and learning.
- A commitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional development.
