Are you passionate about supporting children with complex learning needs?
Are you looking for a permanent role where you can build deep, meaningful connections with your students?
We are working with a creative and nurturing SEN school in the London Borough of Southwark. This specialist setting supports young people aged 11 to 19 with Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and complex medical needs. Some pupils are non-verbal or use wheelchairs and assistive technology, so experience with physical disabilities or alternative communication methods is highly valued.
The school is a warm, well-resourced setting that strongly focuses on staff wellbeing. You’ll join a skilled team of educators and therapists who care deeply about their pupils and each other. The leadership is hands-on and genuinely supportive, with a clear focus on creative learning and emotional care.
