Are you a teacher who cares about supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH and creating calm, structured environments where children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn?
We are recruiting on behalf of welcoming, inclusive SEN schools and Provisions who are planning ahead for September 2026 and seeking committed SEN Teachers for permanent roles supporting both primary and secondary pupils. About the Role
You will lead classes supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional needs, including Autism, SLD, and complex needs. You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and the school’s SEN leadership team to deliver highly individualised, needs-led learning.
This role allows you to step into an established SEN provision while still having scope to shape routines, strategies, and provision to meet pupils’ needs effectively ahead of the new academic year.
The School Environment
Our schools are nurturing, values-led, and fully inclusive, with SEN embedded into the fabric of school life. Emotional well-being, consistency, and strong relationships are prioritised, and staff are trusted to use their professional judgement to do what is right for pupils.
As schools prepare for September 2026, they are keen to appoint teachers who can contribute to planning, transition, and curriculum development well in advance.
