We are working with a school that is a creative, inclusive, and forward-thinking special school located in Enfield. Their site supports students in Key Stage 3 with a range of complex needs. They are seeking committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in September.
About the Role:

Supporting students with complex SEND, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs

Working closely with teachers and therapists to implement tailored support strategies
-
Assisting students with developing independence, emotional regulation, and academic understanding
-
Providing support in both 1:1 settings and small groups
-
Helping to maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
-
Collaborating with colleagues to promote inclusion and positive behaviour
What the school are looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting children or young people with SEND (this can be professional, voluntary, or personal)

Is a recent psychology graduate interested in building a career in education or SEND

Is calm, patient, and adaptable

Can build trusting relationships with students and staff

Is passionate about helping young people reach their full potential
