SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: North-West London
Pay: £90–£110 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join inclusive primary, secondary, and specialist SEN schools across North-West London.
You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), and complex learning difficulties. Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff, you’ll help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (Autism, SEMH, MLD, etc.)

A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential
