SEN Teaching Assistant – Brent
Daily Rate: £90–£105 PAYE
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs?
Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary and secondary schools in Brent who are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join their supportive teams.
You’ll be working alongside experienced teachers, providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential. The schools are nurturing and community-driven, with a strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, and personal growth.
Your role will include:

Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and through interventions

Assisting teachers with engaging lesson delivery

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence

Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
