SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary
Full-time, Long-term Contracts Only
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of welcoming, inclusive SEND schools seeking full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistants to work alongside teachers in supporting both primary and secondary pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact in established SEND settings.
About the Role
You will support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs, including Autism, SLD, and complex needs. You will work closely with teachers and the school’s SEND leadership team to deliver highly individualised learning.
This role allows you to be part of a strong, collaborative team while contributing to routines, strategies, and interventions tailored to each pupil’s needs.

Who This Role Is For
Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or Support Staff
Primary or Secondary experience with strong Autism/SEND knowledge
