SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing

Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Contract: Full-time, long-term to permanent (term-time only)
Start Date: ASAP

We are working in partnership with an Outstanding Ofsted-rated SEN school in Ealing that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

 

This rewarding role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with complex learning needs within a caring, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment where every child is supported to thrive.

The Role & Ideal Candidate

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and develop independence.

 

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs

  • Supporting pupils with complex learning needs

  • Working closely with teachers and the wider support team

  • Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Experience working with children with SEN

  • Commitment to a long-term, full-time role

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Right to work in the UK
