About the school:

A specialist school in Hounslow providing a nurturing and highly supportive environment for children and young people with SEND. The school delivers personalised education for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.

With a strong focus on holistic development, the school combines tailored learning pathways with therapeutic and pastoral support, helping pupils build confidence, communication skills, independence, and emotional wellbeing within a safe and structured setting.

Key features include:

  • Individualised learning programmes tailored to each pupil
  • Strong focus on communication, wellbeing, and independence
  • Therapeutic and multi-disciplinary support integrated into learning

About the role:

You will play a key role in facilitating the growth of SEN students across the primary or secondary phase, working both 1:1 and in small groups with students with Autism and ADHD.
