About the role:
You will play a key role in facilitating the personal and academic growth of a student in Reception. While supporting the student on a 1:1 basis academically, you will provide a nurturing approach to their learning while managing their behaviour effectively. Not only will you make an impact in the classroom but work with external agencies to promote positive behaviour approaches and implement strategies to support their learning.
