A friendly and well-resourced specialist school in Enfield is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2026.
The school supports pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with a range of complex needs, including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), PMLD and communication needs. Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you'll help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in class and through small group activities.
- Help deliver engaging learning, including phonics, maths and communication activities.
- Encourage pupils' independence, confidence and social development.
- Support with personal care where required.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and the wider school team.

- Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- A positive team player with a proactive approach.
- Previous SEN experience is welcomed, but not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in education, care or support work are encouraged to apply.
