Parker Smith Inclusion is a SEND specialist consultancy and we support experienced and non-experienced specialists secure long term and permanent roles within schools, varying from; mainstream, special, PRU, SEMH, secondary, primary and post-16.
We are looking for candidates that have a passion for SEND, perhaps it sparks from personal experience, perhaps you've always been an empathetic individual that wants to support vulnerable people or you have been working within the SEND education sector for years!
If you've been working via agencies but can't seem to secure a long term, consistent role we could be the right agency for you - we specialise in long term and permanent only NO DAILY SUPPLY.

- Understanding of behaviour management and how to de-escalate children that cannot regulate their emotions

- Excellent timekeeping abilities and reliability
Additional experience which could benefit your application:
- Hands on experience with children that have special needs in a school or care setting
- Experience of PECs, Makaton, Core Boards
- Interventions - such as speech and language, behaviour or learning interventions
- Level 3 in childcare
- Paediatric First Aid
- Degree within Psychology, Social Science, Criminology
