A highly specialist SEN school in Brent is looking for a Therapy Assistant to join their established multidisciplinary team, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with autism, communication difficulties, physical disabilities, medical needs, and complex learning needs.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists within a school where therapy is fully integrated into the curriculum and daily learning experience. As a Therapy Assistant, you will gain valuable experience delivering therapy programmes, supporting communication strategies, and adapting activities to meet a wide range of needs. This role would suit someone considering a future career in SALT, OT, educational psychology, or specialist SEN education.
