SENCO - Immediate Start
MS Primary School based in Tower Hamlets
Part time (flexible on 3-4 days a week) covering maternity leave
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary SENCo to join a welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets on a part-time basis, working 3–4 days per week with flexibility on the working days.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to supporting children with additional needs and driving inclusive practice across the school.
Key Requirements:

Qualified SENCo (National Award for SEN Coordination or equivalent)

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
-
Available to start immediately
-
Proven experience working as a Primary SENCo

Strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and inclusive practice

Experience supporting pupils with:
Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage SEND provision across the primary school
-
Work closely with SLT, staff, parents, and external agencies
-
Oversee EHCP reviews, interventions, and pupil progress
-
Support teachers with strategies and inclusive classroom practice
-
Ensure pupils receive the highest level of support to achieve their potential
