Are you passionate about ensuring every student receives the support they need to thrive? We are looking for a dedicated SENCO to lead and develop our Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Your Role:
- Oversee and implement the SEN policy, ensuring high-quality support for students with SEN or disabilities.
- Provide expert guidance to colleagues, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Analyse data to monitor student progress, track interventions, and ensure targeted support is effective.
- Support staff in delivering inclusive teaching practices that promote high achievement and student well-being.
- Maintain accurate SEN records and contribute to the school development plan.
- Liaise with local authorities, educational psychologists, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with SENCO experience or an aspiring SENCO willing to undertake training.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate SEN support across the school.
- Experience in developing and implementing SEN strategies within a school setting.
- A commitment to inclusive education, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
