SENCO - Specialist SEMH Education
Barnet, North London | £240–£320 per day PAYE | Full-time
A strong SENCO does more than make sure paperwork is compliant.
They understand the pupil behind the plan, challenge provision when it is not working and make sure that support actually reaches the classroom.
Parker Smith Inclusion is recruiting an experienced SENCO for a specialist SEMH education setting in Barnet.

Why consider this role?
In specialist education, the SENCO role should not sit on the edge of school life.
You have the opportunity to influence teaching, therapy, pastoral support and the wider strategy around each pupil.
This would suit someone who wants to be visible, involved and close enough to day-to-day practice to know whether plans are actually working.
£230–£320 per day PAYE, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
