Do you have experience as an Assistant Head or middle leader within a secondary setting with Inclusion involved in your role?
We are seeking an experienced SEND Assistant Headteacher to join a mainstream secondary school that is part of a larger trust after October Half Term. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a newly appointed Headteacher with extensive SEND experience, who is driving a clear vision for the school's future.
As the school evolves to meet the needs of an increasingly complex pupil cohort, you will play a key role in shaping and developing high-quality provision, ensuring that every learner receives the support and opportunities they need to thrive. This role would suit a strategic and resilient leader with a strong track record in SEND. Ideally you will have experience of developing curriculum and assessment for children not following a subject specific curriculum and have knowledge and experience of leading and behaving and attendance. The ideal senior leader will have good experience of parental engagement, curriculum enrichment, therapy liaison and experience of OFSTED inspections.
