Words have power, for some young people, finding the right words can feel impossible, for others, being heard has never felt like an option.
That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated SEND English Teacher in Greenwich, someone who understands that teaching English is about far more than grammar and literature.
It’s about expression, confidence and identity. And sometimes it’s about helping a student find their voice for the very first time.
We are working with schools that support students with additional needs, young people who may have faced barriers in education, but who have so much to say when given the right environment.
This role is different.
You won’t just be teaching texts, you’ll be helping students make sense of the world around them, creating a safe space where communication in all its forms is valued and building trust with learners who need consistency, patience and belief.
Why work with Parker Smith Inclusion?

- Uses creativity to engage and inspire reluctant learners
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with students
