£115 - £125 per day PAYE | Specialist SEND School | Full-Time

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced SEND professional to join a highly supportive specialist school in Enfield as a SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
This Outstanding SEND setting supports pupils aged 4–25 with complex needs, including medical needs, physical disabilities, speech and language difficulties, emotional needs and learning difficulties.
The school prides itself on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every pupil is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and life skills. Staff work closely together, with strong leadership and ongoing training to ensure pupils receive the highest quality support.
About The Role
You will support pupils throughout the school day by helping them access learning, develop independence and build confidence.
You will have the opportunity to:
✅ Support pupils with a range of complex SEND needs
✅ Lead activities and interventions
✅ Provide classroom support and lesson cover
✅ Work alongside teachers and specialist staff
✅ Encourage communication, independence and personal development
The Ideal Candidate
You may already be working as a HLTA, or you may be an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for progression.
You will ideally have:
✅ Experience supporting pupils with SEND
✅ Confidence working with complex needs
✅ A calm, patient and consistent approach
✅ The ability to inspire and motivate young people
✅ A desire to develop professionally
HLTA qualification is preferred but not essential.
