As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you already know the impact you can have in the classroom, but you’re ready for more responsibility. More involvement in learning. More opportunity to lead.
For one of our schools in North East London, there is growing demand for confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants who can support students with additional needs while playing a key role within the wider classroom team.
This is more than just support work, it’s an opportunity to step forward in your career and become a vital part of students’ progress and development.
As a HLTA, you’ll work closely with teachers to deliver lessons, lead interventions, and provide support across a range of subjects and abilities.
You may be covering classes, leading small group sessions, or supporting students with SEND including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH.
Your ability to adapt, build relationships, and create a positive learning environment will be key.
Because often, the right support at the right moment can completely change a student’s experience of school.
