SEND Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £92 - £95 per day PAYE

Start Date: September, Temp to Perm
Whether you already have experience or are looking to kick-start your SEND career, this inclusive and welcoming primary school is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September.
From the moment you walk into this school, you will feel welcomed and supported by the other members of staff throughout your time in the role. Continuous professional development will also be provided within the role, allowing you to expand on career and feel more confident when first joining.
By stepping foot into this opportunity, you have the chance to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs. These can include ASD, ADHD, personal care, speech and language needs as well as SEMH. This allows you to work closely with the class teachers and SENDCo to plan and implement tailored support strategies while continually supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. You will also play a part in creating and maintaining a nurturing environment for pupils and staff.
