The role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and SEN specialists to support children with additional needs, both one-to-one and in small groups. You’ll help them engage, learn, and achieve their potential in a structured and encouraging environment.
About you:

Experience supporting children (ideally those with SEN) in a school or similar setting.

A patient, proactive approach with a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
