We are partnering with a specialist SEND provision in Basildon that supports children and young people aged 3–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The environment has been thoughtfully created to ensure every pupil feels safe, engaged, and able to access learning in a way that works for them.
The team here are deeply committed to a child-centred approach. Every pupil’s journey is unique, and staff work collaboratively to ensure each individual is supported to reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.
What will your day look like?
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting communication and engagement through creative, personalised approaches
- Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic learning
- Assisting with personal care where needed, maintaining dignity at all times
- Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
