Salary: £85 - £90 per day
Hours: Full-time - Temp to Perm
If you’ve found yourself drawn to working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, whether through personal experience or your past work, you already know the incredible rewards and challenges that come with this kind of role. For those of you who feel that this is where your passion lies, we want to help you take the next step in building a career that allows you to truly make a difference.
There’s a unique sense of satisfaction in knowing you’re helping a child take those small steps towards growth, whether overcoming challenges or finding their confidence. If this resonates with you, you’re in the right place. The schools we work with are genuinely focused on creating environments where staff feel supported and valued so that you can focus on the work that really matters.
You'll feel the difference when you step into one of these schools. Whether it’s a primary school with a strong SEND provision or a secondary school fostering collaboration and inclusivity, you’ll be part of a team as dedicated to supporting you as it is to support the students. The role won’t just meet immediate needs, it’ll be about building connections, seeing progress, and growing within a supportive community.
This isn’t a job where you’ll be thrown into the deep end without support. The schools we partner with are committed to their staff. Whether it’s ongoing professional development, training, or just having a team that’s there when you need them, you’ll always have the support you need to thrive in your role.
Maybe you’ve been working with children on a personal level, and now you’re ready to turn that experience into a career. Or perhaps you’ve been in a role that’s sparked your passion for SEND education, and you want to deepen your expertise.
If this is where you see yourself growing, I would love to have a chat with you. Call me on 0203 011 4848 or email me at elisha@psinclusion.co.uk . We’d love to match you with a school where you can continue to make a difference every day.
