We are looking for SEND Learning Support Assistants who are passionate, resilient, and committed to supporting children with a range of additional needs. What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to each student’s unique needs

Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils

Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction

Adapting learning materials to make lessons accessible and engaging

Encouraging independence while celebrating every achievement—big or small

Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SEND professionals

Helping to create an inclusive, respectful learning atmosphere where every child is valued
