A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge is seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their team. They have dedicated sensory rooms and wonderful outdoor space! This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, you will help implement tailored support strategies, promote positive behaviour, and encourage pupils’ academic, social and emotional development. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with SEND, a patient and resilient approach, and a genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential.
