A large, high-performing primary academy in East London is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team, This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established, inclusive school with a strong reputation for high standards, excellent pupil progress, and a nurturing learning environment.You will be supporting pupils with SEND across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. The role may involve 1:1 or small group support, Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, or SEMH, Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies, Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional support and working closely with the class teacher and SENCo. They are looking for individuals with a calm, patient and proactive approach, strong communication skills.
