We are searching for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a male Key Stage 4 student with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. While his journey through school hasn’t always been easy, the right person can help him access learning with confidence, feel understood, and develop the emotional resilience that will shape his future.
The school itself is a nurturing, inclusive environment where students with a range of needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and learning challenges, are supported to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Staff are valued, encouraged to stay long-term, and offered genuine opportunities to develop through training, apprenticeships, and pathways into teaching.
