A fantastic all-through SEND school in North East London are looking for a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their exceptional team. The school is part of a well-established, supportive trust and is known for its strong leadership, collaborative culture, and genuine focus on pupil wellbeing and development.
You will work within a KS3/4 semi-formal class, supporting a student with complex, and behavioural needs, they have access to a dedicated space, with opportunities to engage in shared, practical activities alongside peers.
The school is looking for someone with SEND experience, a good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, and training in approaches such as Team Teach who can provide calm, consistent support.
