Daily Rate: £186.73 – £276.64

We’re working with an expanding, well-resourced all-through SEND school in Barnet to recruit a dedicated Secondary SEND Teacher for their brand-new secondary site.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – with experience or a strong interest in SEND

Solid Understanding of SEN – Especially autism, communication needs, and emotional regulation

Engaging & Resilient – Able to motivate and support learners with a creative and flexible approach

Collaborative Mindset – Thrive as part of a supportive, experienced, and passionate team

Genuine Passion for Inclusion – A commitment to improving outcomes for learners with additional needs
The Role:

Plan and deliver personalised lessons in a supportive, specialist setting

Work closely with therapists, teaching assistants, and other staff to meet individual learning targets

Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Contribute to the development of the new secondary phase as the school continues to grow
