The Role

Plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons to meet the diverse needs of your learners

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team

Foster an engaging, positive and inclusive classroom culture

Use a range of assessment methods to track progress and celebrate achievement

Promote independence, communication and social skills development
The Ideal Candidate
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
-
Experience working with pupils with SEND (ASC, SLD, PMLD or complex needs)

A nurturing and flexible approach, with excellent classroom management
-
Passion for inclusive education and supporting every child to achieve their best

Strong communication and teamwork skills
