We are working in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools to recruit SEND Teachers for a September start. Opportunities are available across a variety of settings, including mainstream schools with SEND provision, specialist units, and special schools.

The Role

The Teachers We Recruit
We work with SEND Teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience supporting pupils with SEND (or a strong desire to specialise)

Demonstrate strong behaviour management and inclusive practice

Are flexible, resilient, and child-centred

Share schools’ commitment to safeguarding and high expectations
