Salary: £34,498 – £52,490 per year
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding new role?
We are working with a fantastic special needs secondary school in Hounslow that is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic ASD / ASC Teacher to join their friendly and supportive teaching team as soon as possible.
This is a permanent position, teaching a class of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students with Autism (ASC) and complex learning needs. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where staff are highly valued and every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.
The Role:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for students with ASC and complex needs

Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning and communication needs

Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic development

Promote independence, confidence, and positive outcomes for all learners
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching students with Autism and complex needs
-
Strong understanding of SEND strategies and differentiation

Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 learners
